How do I log in to my account?
Upon signup for the NRL courses, you will receive an email with your login details. NRL participants must use the username issued by the NRL (el_xxxx) and the password which they would have received in an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘User Registration’. Log on with these details by clicking the SIGN IN button in the top right corner of the etrainu website.
Please keep this email for future reference as future NRL modules will be assigned to this account if you require further training.
I haven’t received the email with the username and password.
Upon signup for the NRL courses, you will receive an email from email@example.com with the subject called ‘User Registration’ with a username (el_xxxx) and password. If this email is not in your inbox, please ensure you check your junk mail folder as it may be incorrectly marked as spam.
If your user details still cannot be located, please try the ‘Forget My Password’ link which will email you your username password and if that still isn’t working please email NRL support at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please note that if you have done NRL online training prior and selected ‘I am an Existing User in NRL’ when you registered for further training, your modules will be assigned to your former account). Otherwise, you will be assigned a new account with your training.
How do I find my Rugby League course online?
Once you have logged in with your NRL username (el_xxxx) and password, you will need to agree to our terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox at the bottom followed by clicking ‘Next’. You will then be presented with a ‘Welcome’ page where you will need to click ‘Training’ in the top right corner. Your NRL courses will be listed under the relevant course provide (NRL Supplier) under the heading “Training Course”. Just click on the name of your course to start.
There are no NRL modules on my account
When you register for NRL training, please ensure you’re logging in with your NRL username (el_xxxx) and password that you are emailed. Please make sure you haven’t created a new account from our website as the modules will not be allocated to this account.

How do I pay for my Rugby League course?
etrainu.com is the exclusive course developer and provider of the online NRL Courses. However, when you purchase any online NRL courses you will be redirected to the NRL website (playnrl.com) to purchase through the NRL payment gateway (Sporting Pulse).
The NRL website has two ways you may pay for your online courses prior to registration.
- Credit/Debit Card, or
- Course Voucher (purchased via EFT, Cheque & Credit/Debit Card)

How do I print my certificate?
If you complete the NRL Level 1 Referee, Level 2 Referee, Modified Games Coaching and International Games Coaching courses you will not receive a certificate to say you have completed your online modules. Once you have completed both your online and face-to-face training, NRL will issue you with your certificate.
If you complete the Leaguesafe course, you will be emailed a certificate to the email address you have provided in the setup of your account. Ensure you check your junk email box as this is an automated email sent from our system. Your certificate will also become available for you to download from your “Training” page when logged in. Download your certificate by clicking on the PDF icon under the “Public Certificate” heading. You need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to download and view your certificate. Get this for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
I have completed my Leaguesafe course, where do I get my number?
You will receive a certificate via email from NRL within 24-48 hours with your NRL ID number. If you haven’t received this within 1 week of completing your course please email email@example.com to obtain your Leaguesafe number.
I have completed my Leaguesafe course, where do I get my Leaguesafe shirt?
It is the responsibility of the Club you are associated with to purchase/obtain the Leaguesafe shirt from the local league. Under the NRL On-Field policy all Leaguesafe shirts are to worn by all Leaguesafe Trainers. It is the Leagues responsibility to enforce this policy.
Please contact your club or local League to obtain your Leaguesafe shirt. Every Club and League has a website with all the relevant contact details.
How long do I have to complete my Rugby League courses, do they have an expiry date?
There is no expiry date on NRL courses, however you must complete the online component as well as the face-to-face component to obtain your Rugby League Refereeing or Coaching qualifications (Level 1 and Level 2 Referee’s, Modified Games Coaching, International Games Coaching and NRL Reaccreditation).
The Leaguesafe course is 100% online; there is no expiry on this course however you must gain a 100% pass rate on the assessment in order to gain your certificate.

Where can I get a receipt of payment for my course?
A tax invoice is automatically generated upon receipt of payment and sent via email from NRL for all Rugby League online courses. If you do not receive a receipt please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring Sporting Pulse on 1300 139 970 to organise a copy.
What are the internet and computer requirements to complete my course?
Google Chrome is our preferred browser for ALL online courses we deliver. This browser has Adobe Flash built-in and updates automatically. To download the latest version of the Google Chrome browser click on this link: Download Google Chrome
Rugby League Coaching Courses:
These courses are not smart phone, iPad or Andriod tablet compatible.
Compatible: Internet Explorer 9 and 10 / Mozilla Firefox 21+
(Please note: we do not recommend using IE 11)
These units are written in Flash and therefore you need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view and complete each MGC or IGC coaching online unit. If you don’t have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player you may have issues with courses loading and visibility. The latest version of Adobe Flash Player can be downloaded free from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Please note that you will not need to download Adobe Flash Player if you use Google Chrome to complete this training.
Leaugesafe and Referee courses:
In addition to the above information the Leaguesafe and Rugby League Referee courses are also 100% iPad and Android tablet compatible. To gain the full user experience we do not recommend completing this training on a smart phone.
Will my Leaguesafe certificate expire?
No, your Leaguesafe certificate will not expire. Once you have completed the Leaguesafe course, your certificate will be valid for life!
The Leaguesafe certificates DO NOT have an expiry date.
