An Overview of the NDS Workforce Essentials eLibrary

January 28, 2025

NDS and etrainu created the NDS Workforce Essentials eLibrary to provide contemporary, best-practice training resources for disability support providers.

The NDIS Practice Standards are comprehensive which can leave support providers in a difficult position. Providers need resources to help ensure each support worker is adequately trained and supported, helping them deliver the best standard of care for people with disability. Developing these resources internally can be an expensive and time consuming process. That’s where the NDS Workforce Essentials eLibrary fits.

The library is mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards and the Quality Indicators, making it simple for support providers to stay compliant while delivering the best standard of care.

NDS partnered with etrainu to create an industry leading solution that stays up to date, removing the stress and headaches for support providers. Providers can focus on what they do best, deliver high quality support, while we focus on keeping the library up to date with best practice.

Hear what Learning and Development Manager Chris Kane, and support providers that use NDS Workforce Essentials have to say about the online training solution.
