etrainu partners with Archery Ireland to create an integrated learning experience

October 9, 2023

Archery Ireland has partnered with etrainu to implement a new learning platform. The new learning platform will be used to help digitise education pathways for coaches, instructors and judges.

Archery Ireland is the national governing body of the sport of archery in Ireland and has a growing membership base of over 1200 members.

The new learning platform will be used to help digitise education pathways for coaches, instructors and judges. As an initial use case, platform users will be able to complete a first aid information module online.

Prior to using the etrainu platform, all of Archery Ireland’s training was conducted face to face. It represents a major milestone for the organisation as they continue to build engagement amongst their membership.

The decisive factor when selecting the etrainu learning management system over alternatives was the integration with Archery Ireland’s membership platform, JustGo. Through the integration, users can complete training on the etrainu platform, with a data sync back to JustGo. This means that all accreditations are up to date in Archery Ireland’s membership platform. It also ensures there’s a single source of truth for member data.

In order to sustainably grow the platform, Archery Ireland will develop course content themselves using etrainu’s preferred authoring tool, Chameleon Creator. This will help the organisation execute on a multi-year content roadmap, educating members on a broader range of topics.

etrainu Senior Customer Success Manager, Rob Flude said “we’re excited to help Archery Ireland digitise their education. The integration through the JustGo platform represents a unique value proposition for our customers, creating a streamlined customer journey and centralised source of truth for Archery Ireland.”

Archery Ireland’s Webmaster, Mark Higson said “Archery Ireland are pleased to be able to work with JustGo, etrainu and Chameleon to provide this exciting new training platform for our members. The platform will provide training opportunities for our members that we would have found difficult to provide in the past, especially the wholly online courses that we plan to develop, namely Coaching/Instructor courses and Judge/DOS training courses. We will also be planning further courses as we progress the platform to our particular needs.”

The new platform will be made available to Archery Ireland members over the coming weeks. Users will be able to access etrainu through single sign-on with JustGo.
