Start your training immediately, by simply clicking the ‘Get Your White Card Now’ button. You are provided with three months access to complete the course before it expires. The course completion time averages from two to six hours. The course requires you to complete an online assessment with multiple choice and T/F questions in stages one to four. The assessment in Stage five consists of an oral assessment and video assessment – recorded in real time.
The final stage of the course requires you to complete and submit a Statutory Declaration (link to the document is provided to you) and specific identification documents, which must both be signed by a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations within Australia.
Once your documentation is received by us, one of our trainers may phone you to undertake a validation check – being available within the 24 hours after submitting your documents helps us to get your card to you as quickly as possible, via Australia Post. Once the validation (if applicable) is completed and you have been marked competent, you are then issued with your Statement of Attainment via email, and as a document accessible in your online account. We can also provide you with your individual White Card number if needed prior to mailing – just request this from us! There are no additional costs for mailing your card or accessing your Statement of Attainment, it’s a once only fee when you enrol – no hidden costs.
