By simply clicking the ‘Get Your White Card Now’ button, you can begin training immediately. You have up to three months to complete the course before it expires. Our course completion time averages from two to six hours. The course asks you to complete online assessments with multiple choice and T/F questions in stages one to four. The assessment in stage five consists of an oral assessment and video assessment – recorded live. The final stage of the course requires you to complete and email a Statutory Declaration and specific identification documents, which must both be signed by a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations within Australia.
Once your documents are received by us, one of our trainers may phone you to undertake a validation check – being available within the 24 hours after submitting your documents helps us to get your card to you as quickly as possible, via standard Australia Post. Once the validation is completed (if applicable) you will be marked competent, you will be issued your Statement of Attainment via email. We can also provide you with your individual White Card number if needed prior to mailing – just let us know! There are no additional costs for mailing your card or accessing your Statement of Attainment, it’s a once only fee when you enrol.
