To begin your White Card Victoria training, it’s as simple as clicking on the ‘Get Your White Card Now’ button to begin. You will be required to complete an online assessment with multiple choice and T/F questions in stages one to four. The final assessment in Stage five consists of an oral assessment and video assessment – recorded in real time. The final stage of the course requires you to complete and submit a Statutory Declaration and specific current identification documents, which must both be signed by a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations within Australia.
Once we receive these documents from you, either via email or post, one of our trainers may phone you to undertake a validation check – being available within the 24 hours after submitting your documents helps us to get your card to you as quickly as possible, via Australia Post. Once the validation is complete (if applicable) and you have been marked competent, we issue you with your Statement of Attainment via email. We can also provide you with your individual White Card number; before it is posted, please just ask us. No additional costs are incurred for mailing your card or accessing your Statement of Attainment, it’s a once only fee when you enrol. Our learners, on average, complete the course within two to six hours, and have up to three months to complete the course.
