Australian Taekwondo is pleased to announce etrainu as its preferred vendor for online education. The 2-year partnership will see etrainu provide a new Learning Management System and course development to the Australian Taekwondo community.
Upon welcoming etrainu to the organisation's family, Australian Taekwondo's CEO, Heather Garriock, said
"We're delighted to partner with etrainu. Quality education in sports is critical in helping our clubs, athletes, coaches, and referees reach their highest potential,"
"Engaging an eLearning specialist like etrainu allows Australian Taekwondo to provide accessible and contemporary online education and training that our members and community can benefit from,"
"This partnership aligns directly with our strategic plan by supporting our re-energised membership offerings, work to enable greater participation growth, and ensure a connection with rural and remote members with our programs, educational content, and technical content."
Australian Taekwondo is the governing body for Taekwondo in Australia and a recognised Member National Association of World Taekwondo, the Australian Olympic Committee, Paralympics Australia, and Sport Australia. Australian Taekwondo is committed to helping its members reach their highest potential and represent Australia with distinction.
As a not-for-profit member organisation, Australian Taekwondo guides and supports eight state and territory associations; each a critical touchpoint in growing Taekwondo as a sport for all and supporting national programs locally. There are approximately 300 affiliated clubs that provide Taekwondo activities to over 50,000 active participants.
Speaking on the new partnership, etrainu’s CEO, Paul Hoon, said: “etrainu is incredibly excited to be partnering with Australian Taekwondo. We’re passionate about helping organisations innovate and move away from paper-based systems. We’re confident Australian Taekwondo’s new Academy will help deliver even more value for their members and communities.”
“We’re particularly thrilled about providing an integrated solution that will enable Australian Taekwondo to consolidate all learning in a single place with learner data flowing upstream to their membership portal, and our partner, revolutioniseSPORT.”
The rollout will commence shortly and administrators will be invited to take part in the process.
