NDS is the organisation that represents the full spectrum of disability service providers across Australia. Members range in size from small support groups to large multi-service organisations. NDS provides members with a strong voice, enabling the sector to collectively initiate change, influence outcomes and deliver the funding needed to ensure the best possible quality of life for people with disability.

etrainu has partnered with NDS to create Workforce Essentials program that consists of over 60 learning assets addressing every major topic in disability support. These assets also cover more general workplace skills and include an extensive video and document library. Mapped to the recent NDIS practice standards, this training helps Disability Service Organisations to provide the quality service that people with disability deserve.
