No. You can build a Playlist once for an onboarding path, a department or a role, and etrainu assigns it to everyone who arrives from Employment Hero from then on.
The completion writes back to that person's Employment Hero record as a certification, with the completion date and any expiry date. You do not need to upload certificates by hand.
The etrainu integration links your Employment Hero HR platform to etrainu's learning management system, so employee records, training assignments and course completions stay in sync without anyone re-keying data.
