Australian learning management system (LMS) etrainu has partnered with Employment Hero to launch an integration between the two platforms.
Organisations using Employment Hero can now connect it to etrainu, so their staff and training records stay in sync without double entry.
When an employee is added or updated in Employment Hero, their etrainu account is created or updated automatically, and completed courses are written back to their Employment Hero record as certifications.
Less admin for HR teams: etrainu enrols new starters in training as soon as they’re added to Employment Hero and syncs their certifications back.
For compliance, training and HR managers, keeping staff lists accurate across an HR system and a training system is manual work, and the gaps tend to show up at audit time.
