Positive Coaching Alliance and etrainu team up to help officials shape youth sports culture

Fostering a positive culture in youth sports benefits both the individual and the broader community. Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) has teamed up with etrainu, a leading sports learning management system, to provide officials training on building a positive youth sports culture.  

PCA is at the forefront of transforming youth sports culture, ensuring that every child, regardless of social or economic background, has access to a positive experience. 

Their course, Honoring the Game, is based on the latest research into sports psychology. It examines the role of the official and highlights their best practices, aligning with PCA’s three main pillars of Mastery (ELM): Never Too High, Never Too Low, and Honoring the Game. 

This course is for officials and umpires of all sports who want to understand how they can positively influence youth sports culture.

This online course is priced at $15.00 USD per learner, with bulk discount options available for sporting organizations.
