USA Pickleball and etrainu Launch a Centralized Learning Platform to Support the Sport’s Rapid Growth

USA Pickleball, the national governing body for pickleball in the United States, has teamed up with leading education provider etrainu to launch a centralized, federated training platform designed to upskill ambassadors and other membership stakeholders sport.

This partnership marks a major milestone in USA Pickleball’s mission to elevate the sport, with the first phase targeting training and education for over 2,000 ambassadors and other membership stakeholders. Together, USA Pickleball and etrainu will co-develop a growing catalogue of courses to strengthen skills, build consistency, and drive engagement across all levels of the game.

With etrainu’s powerful learning management system (LMS) and seamless integration with the Sport:80 membership platform, USA Pickleball will now deliver and track training across areas such as:

• Employee onboarding
• Volunteer training
• Referee and official certification
• General education

The initial rollout will support the onboarding of USA Pickleball's ambassador team, with plans to expand platform access to all members of the organization.

Before engaging with etrainu, USA Pickleball primarily managed their training content, compliance, and course delivery in-house, through email-based communications, standalone documentation, and online assessments. The need for a scalable, intuitive platform with single sign-on (SSO) capability made etrainu the clear choice.

The launch comes at a time of significant change within pickleball, with USA Pickleball identifying education as a crucial component of the sport’s continued success.
