What's New

New Platform Wide Features

  • Integration with Learning Vault to deliver digital credential capabilities.
  • Users can now earn digital badges for completing courses and certifications.
  • Digital badges and related functionality can be displayed and integrated into the LMS.
  • Administrators can set a default sub-organisation for new users within specific organisations, which has been used to improve self sign-up.
  • Ability to add users to the default sub-organisation on sign-up and remove the department and sub-organisation selectors.
  • Option for users to automatically add themselves to the default sub-organisation via a checkbox.
  • For selected bundles (typically 100% face-to-face), users are now redirected to a filtered event calendar when enrol is selected within the Training Library.
  • Updates the “Enrol” button to “Enrol via Event”, which will only enrol the user once they sign up for the event.
  • A pop-up is now presented to users when there are no events found for a particular date range and filter combination in the Training Event page.

  • The platform's infrastructure has been upgraded for enhanced security and stability.

System Administrator Features

  • Organisations can now overwrite the default self-registration email template within organisational configuration.
  • Organisations can now collect additional user information after sign up, providing greater insights into user demographics and needs.
  • Organisations can set a default sub-organisation for new users within specific organisations, which has been used to improve self sign-up.
