What's New

The Assess App now has the capability to create event templates for reuse and standardisation.
Assess App users can now download a pre-filled attendance sheet for an event.
Assess App users can now upload documents for an event if extra documents are required for record keeping purposes.
There is a new event compliance report that allows Assess App users to download a report that contains all activity related to an event (including registering attendance, assessment history and event configuration update activity).
The Assess App now has the added capability to allow event administrators to request feedback from participants who attended the event. Administrators can configure external feedback survey links (e.g. Jotform, SurveyMonkey, Delighted etc) in the event configuration page and the Assess App will send notifications to participants at the end of the event to ask them to provide feedback via the configured survey link.
Assess App event reminder emails can now be sent to event administrators and assessors 1 or 2 weeks prior to an event.
Assessors can now be assigned to events they are attending as a participant in the Assess App (note: they are not able to assess themselves).

The Training Event Summary, Event Enrolment and Assessment Notes reports now allow LMS administrators to filter using user groups.
The "View Training" page now allows administrators to set course expiry dates on course records for users.
An administration tool has been developed to allow for the bulk enrolment of courses.
There is a new administration tool to enable administrators to archive users in bulk.
Organisations can configure participant profiles to be automatically archived if they are inactive for a period of time.
There is a new administration tool to enable administrators to create sub-organisation administrator accounts in bulk.
A new administrator tool has been developed to create sub-organisations within an organisation.
