Graphic Designer - eLearning

We are looking for a creative and graphic designer with a diverse skill set to join the etrainu eLearning studio team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about bringing life to innovative learning content, through the use of graphic design, imagery, illustrations and other multimedia components.

Your role will involve designing dynamic and engaging learning experiences that inspire and motivate our learners.

• Layout and design to create visually appealing and interactive learning content
• Align design with educational goals and sector requirements that include but are not limited to:
• Visual elements like images, icons, illustrations
• Accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.0 and other accessibility standards as required
• Responsive design across multiple devices
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design integrity of the product

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• A strong eye for visual composition (strong typography and layout skills)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Eager to grow and bring positive attitude to the team
• Excellent time management and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

Nice to have:

• Video production
• Plan, script, and film to-camera video shoots in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and audio quality in video production
• Ability to direct on-camera talent and create a comfortable and effective filming environment
• Illustration skills
