In the short term, the Dignified Home Movement brought immediate solutions to their gap in training through the Workforce Essentials eLibrary. This allowed them to provide baseline training in-house rather than outsourcing and working with third-party providers for foundational training.
There are lots of learning management systems out there on the market, but the ongoing support from the etrainu team and the ‘off the shelf’ industry-specific training has taken so much out of the manual administration process. DHM can now focus on higher-level skills across the board thanks to etrainu.
Cost was also a significant factor in the Dignified Home Movement’s search for a training solution. etrainu delivered exceptional, cost-effective training that reflected industry standard—and wasn’t necessarily going to break the bank.
