Being an Inclusive Leader

- Diversity and Inclusion

Course Overview
Inclusivity in the workplace welcomes and supports people with all kinds of differences. Simply put, inclusivity is ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected.
In the workplace today, inclusivity ensures that nobody feels excluded or marginalised. It takes away the chance that people who come from minority groups are treated differently to those who are not.
A diverse workforce brings together a variety of people with distinct backgrounds, characteristics, and perspectives. This can include factors such as race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, physical abilities, and more. Embracing diversity is essential for creating a rich and inclusive work environment that values and respects the differences of all employees.
Inclusivity is the culture we create. To enable diversity we need to create a culture and mindset of inclusivity.
