Accepting Personal Accountability
- Team Development

Course Overview
Are you facing challenges, making a change or reaching a goal in your life? Do you catch yourself making excuses like, "it was too cold to get out of bed for the gym" or "the project would have been successful if the marketing team had been more on the ball"?
When you are trying to make a change or achieve a goal in your life, the only person who can make it happen is YOU. Your mindset will make the difference between achieving a goal and hearing yourself making a list of excuses about why you weren’t able to achieve it.

In this module, you will learn the difference between accountability and responsibility as well as how to adopt a proactive way of working that encourages you to become more accountable.
