Course Overview
This comprehensive course covers the skills and knowledge required to run a business operation and how to develop and implement a business plan. As you progress through the course you will learn how to review and evaluate pre-existing strategic, business and operational plans and analyse and interpret business values and objectives. You will learn how to review market requirements and profile customer needs. The course will teach how to identify financial, human and physical resources that support a business plan and how best to communicate the plan to all stakeholders. The course also explains how to analyse and report performance against planned objectives and how to make recommendations to improve business outcomes.
