Course Overview
How do we create high standards? This module aims to answer that question by looking at what individuals can do to achieve such standards.
By the end of this module, learners will see that the first step in maintaining high standards is focusing on gradually getting better and trusting the process. The insight behind this shows that workers must first believe in the quality of their work and the process of their work.
Risk management and high performance mindset are the things covered in this module, as well as how they can help workers contribute to a safety culture that is of high performance and quality. Learners will see how mindset, in particular, contributes to a safe workplace.
