Mental Health in the Workplace
Supporting your team and yourself in a corporate environment
- Mental Health
- Team Development

Course Overview
We know work can be busy, and sometimes, it’s easy to push mental health to the side. But the truth is, looking after ourselves and each other is more important than ever. We’ve teamed up with Mentally Well Workplaces and LIVIN to create Mental Health at Work—a course library built to make a real difference in how we approach mental health at work.
No two workplaces or teams are the same. That’s why we’ve built versions of this library specifically for care and support services, and corporate workplaces. Whether your team is based in the office, out in the community, or providing hands-on care, there’s something here to support everyone. Take a look at the library for Carers.
