Work Health and Safety Training
Online NDIS Training for Disability Support Workers
- Disability Support

Course overview
Workplace health and safety is a shared responsibility. Every shift, disability support workers make decisions that affect their own safety and the safety of the people they support. This online WHS training course builds the practical skills and legal understanding workers need to do that well.
The course covers worker duties and rights under WHS law, common hazards in disability support, safe day-to-day practice, incident response, and looking after wellbeing through vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue.
Workers receive a certificate of completion to add to their training records.
