An ABI is an injury to the brain causing an impairment of the individual’s abilities. With this in mind, a person with an ABI may need extra support, especially with daily tasks.
In this course, learners explore ABI in full detail. The course covers the anatomy of the brain and how different parts can be affected by an ABI, the causes, and the impacts of an ABI.
